The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lab Technician to provide real-time clinical and laboratory support for a digital dental platform. This role focuses on scan review, design feedback, workflow troubleshooting, and close coordination with dental labs—supporting clinicians through live channels including chat, phone, and video. This position requires strong hands‑on bench experience, deep familiarity with 3Shape, and the ability to guide clinicians through SKU‑specific workflows with confidence.
