We are seeking a detail-oriented **Lab Technician** to assist with conducting tests, preparing samples, operating lab equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards in the laboratory. The ideal candidate will support research and experiments while maintaining accurate records and adhering to laboratory protocols.
**Job Duties** :
+ **Sample Preparation** : Process and label samples for testing, maintain inventory, and ensure proper storage.
+ **Conduct Tests** : Perform routine laboratory tests and document results accurately.
+ **Equipment Operation** : Operate, calibrate, and maintain lab equipment; troubleshoot issues.
+ **Data Management** : Record and organize experimental data, preparing reports as needed.
+ **Safety Compliance** : Follow safety protocols and handle hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
+ **Collaboration** : Work with lab team members to support research projects and assist in training new staff.
