Our client in consumer packaged goods manufacturing is seeking a **Lab Technician** to join their team. The ideal candidate will have team playing, lab skills and trainability which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Lab Technician**
**Location: Evansville IN**
**Pay Range: $20.00 - $22 hourly**
**Contract: Long term/conversion to permanent possible**
**Shift: M - F: 8a - 4:30p (flexible on start time up to 9am)**
**Overtime Weekend Hours available but NOT required (paid time and a half)**
**Job Duties:**
+ Collect, prepare, and analyze routine quantitative samples of raw materials, finished products and premixes.
+ Perform chemical quality control tests of vitamins and other nutrients following established methods and utilizing accepted laboratory techniques.
+ Operate laboratory instruments.
