Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Prototype Assembly Modifications:
+ Execute precise soldering modifications on engineering prototype assemblies.
+ Attach modification wires to BGA components with a pitch of at least 0.5 mm.
+ Develop detailed and clear modification instructions for production teams.
+ Engineering Laboratory Management:
+ Update the laboratory setup to keep equipment and processes aligned with the latest technological advancements
+ Order and Inventory Management:
+ Create and process internal prototype orders.
+ Handle BOM (Bill of Materials) processing and transfer to SAP as well as SAP booking execution
+ Process investment inquiries for the development department.
+ Testing and Analysis:
+ Conduct thermal testing to evaluate heat tolerance.
+ Perform failure analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues.
