Lab Technician - Kilkelly

Harrington Group are now recruiting for an experienced Lab Technician to join our Quality and Technical Control team. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract subject to review. Key Objective As a Lab Technician, you will consult with various teams, third party providers and clients to provide support in relation to the company's overall laboratory process. The role involves assisting in the testing, recording, reporting and management of the company's materials. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks which will be relevant to your area of work. .Principal Duties: Carrying out physical testing of a range of building materials such as aggregates (sand, stone, gravel), ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, paving blocks / flags and road making (bituminous) materials. These materials are routinely tested for size conformity and strength.
