Job Description
The Production Laboratory Technician is responsible for working with general lab equipment such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and pipettes, as well as producing competent cells and reagents. The role involves working under ISO regulations and using aseptic techniques.
Responsibilities
+ Produce electrocompetent and chemically competent cells.
+ Perform quality control (QC) on completed batches.
+ Occasionally dispense and fill products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory standards.
+ Work under good documentation practices to assist with batch record writing, review, and release of products.
+ Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
+ Operate within the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
