The role involves performing routine testing on samples within the Analytical Services laboratory, providing crucial analytical data for various functions such as process control, quality control, process development, product development, and waste management.
Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze samples using various physical and chemical analytical techniques with sophisticated analytical equipment.Utilize instrumentation including pH meters, densitometers, dissolved oxygen meters, conductivity meters, calorimeters, viscometers, rheometers, spectrophotometers, auto-titrators, ion chromatography (IC), inductively coupled plasma spectrometers (ICP), laser particle size analyzers, gas chromatography (GC), High Pressure Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), and other laboratory equipment.Perform microbiological tests to determine spore counts and microbiological contamination.Operate...
