Job Description

Our major medical device client a leading manufacturer of surgical sutures and wound closer devices is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join their team. Expertise will be in vitro techniques and toxicology. The successful candidate will play a key role in a new laboratory setting, performing biological experiments, analyzing data and ensuring compliance with GLP regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the safety and efficacy assessment including skin irritation in the use of medical devices and collaborate with industry-leading professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory biological experiments and procedures following GLP guidelines and standard operation procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct in vitro assays and studies to evaluate the biocompatibility and safety of medical devices, including cytotoxicity, and hemocompatibility assays.
