Lab Technician

The lab technician will perform manufacturing and quality tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Batch Records (BRs). The role involves operating and maintaining process equipment such as automated liquid handling systems, vacuum ovens and pumps, multi-channel pipettes, UV-Vis spectrophotometers, and pH and conductivity meters. The technician will formulate reagents and buffers according to specifications, assemble and package finished goods, and identify and escalate process-related issues as they arise. Additionally, the technician will collect, analyze, interpret quality data, maintain accurate inventory, troubleshoot manufacturing processes, and actively participate in 6S initiatives.
