Description Summary/Purpose of the Position: The Label Finishing Operator operates and maintains label finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality finished products and timely completion of projects. This role requires basic knowledge of label finishing processes and equipment, with a focus on learning and developing skills. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and maintain label finishing equipment Follow established procedures and best practices for label finishing Ensure high-quality output in line with company standards and customer requirements Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of basic technical issues related to label finishing processes and equipment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment Indirectly and directly responsible for product quality.
