Associate Attorney – Labor & Employment  - Northern California (Fully Remote)

A well-regarded California litigation firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join its team in a fully remote capacity. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney looking to step into meaningful responsibility, work with an established client base, and grow toward long-term advancement within the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and related employment claims.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of labor and employment litigation experience in California preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while remaining collaborative and responsive.
