Job Description

We are looking for a Labor Relations Specialist who will play a key role in promoting a fair, compliant, and harmonious workplace. The role involves managing employee relations cases, ensuring due process in all disciplinary actions, using data-driven insights to strengthen compliance, and providing guidance on the proper interpretation and implementation of company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative and disciplinary cases from investigation to resolution.
  • Conduct fact-finding, hearings, and prepare comprehensive case reports and recommendations.
  • Provide expert advice to management on labor standards, employee discipline, and due process.
  • Draft notices, memoranda, advisories, and other HR-related communications.
