- Coach in special projects to BULs, Uls, among others.
- HC administration.
- New employees hiring process.
- Disciplinary advisor expert.
- Meet all legal requirements related with RIT.
- Be a first contact with Union Delegates and Union Office.
- Source of all information ask by the Vice President office in México.
- Administration of open issues raised by the union team.
- LR training expert.
**Requirements**:
- 5 years of experience in human resources.
- 80% of English.
- Mayor: Industrial engineer, psychology, administration, among other. All titled.
