We are looking for a Labor Relations & Welfare Manager who will be responsible for improving relations between workers, union representatives, and management by discussing topics, and analyzing and resolving situations directly.
In this role, you will lead the management of labor relations and HR administration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
