Laboratory Assistant II

Overview

Your Opportunity: As a Medical Laboratory Assistant II, you will provide high quality service to clients of the clinical laboratory in an effective, efficient, and safe manner. You will be responsible for a variety of laboratory functions including procurement, handling, processing, dispatching, and testing of specimens, performing procedures, and reporting results. You will provide on-site technical support to the team, help manage wait times, assist with projects, and work closely with Supervisors and Managers. This position contains a variety of shifts, between hours and includes rotating every third weekend that could include a Saturday shift or Saturday and Sunday shifts.
