Laboratory Assistant

Primary Objectives of the Position

Support day-to-day laboratory operations in strict accordance with SOPs, under close supervision.

Major Responsibilities

1. Assist in the compounding, application and sampling of flavour according to formula allocation by supervisor.
2. Participate in sensory evaluation and discussion of prototypes applied with supervisor when necessary.
3. Utilise in-house database for daily functional task.
4. Responsible for the general maintenance and consumables of the laboratories.
5. Support R&D development function in sample preparation of raw materials and flavour samples for sensory testing and evaluation by supervisor.
6. Contribute to organisational development by supporting continuous improvement projects.
