Laboratory Associate

We are looking for a Laboratory Associate in Cellular and Functional Biomarkers for developing bioanalytical and biomarker methods that will be implemented in our client´s clinical studies to help guide drug development.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and enable the implementation of innovative clinical biomarker strategies
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, decision-enabling data by leading method development, validation, data analysis, and laboratory selection
• Design, develop, and transfer biomarker assays to support clinical trials
• Lead in-house assay development while supporting method transfers to external CRO partners
• Plan, develop, troubleshoot and elaborate critical analysis of results on analytical methods for complex cellular, functional, and soluble protein biomarkers
• Seek, evaluate and introduce novel technologies to enhance biomarker strategies and expand their application across therapeutic areas
