Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Perform physical tests on the materials and components received according to the Customer's specifications, keeping informed of any detected failure to prevent non-conforming material from entering the production areas, as well as the calibration and verification of the plant's measuring equipment, and validation of finished product.

Daily:

• Monitor equipment calibration status

• Prepare reports and notifications of detected failures and immediately notify Receiving and Production.

• Conduct LPA/Kamishibai audits

• Update laboratory indicators.

 Frequent:

• Perform MSA studies on measuring equipment.

• Calibrate internal measuring equipment.

• Microscope measurements.
