The Test & Evaluation Manager at Mulwala leads the testing, evaluation and development of explosive products and ballistic systems to assure performance, safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and mentor Technical Officers, Shot Firers and Technical Assistants in routine analytical procedures on propellants, ballistics, cast composites and high explosives.
• Perform technical analysis both routine and non‑routine for chemical and instrumental testing.
• Develop and implement Quality Control techniques and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 compliance where applicable.
