Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in testing laboratories (Envi and Food Testing Laboratory), including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Licensed Chemist
  • Demonstrated experience managing both Chemical/Physical and Microbiology testing operations.
  • Proven leadership in ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratories, including preparation for audits, proficiency testing, method validation, and compliance monitoring.
  • Experience in resource planning, workload management, and performance optimization across multiple testing units.
  • Strong background in quality management systems, instrument calibration, and Good Laboratory Practices.
