About the role

As the Laboratory Supervisor , you will play a critical role in supporting safe, compliant and high-quality processing operations at the Mount Carlton Process Plant operation. Reporting to the Process Manager, you will lead day-to-day laboratory activities while fostering a strong safety culture, ensuring data integrity and developing a capable, engaged laboratory team.
