The Laboratory Support Technician will work alongside laboratory personnel, assisting with various tasks including cleaning glassware, managing waste, maintaining inventory, and calibrating equipment daily. The role involves preparing areas for scientists, assisting analysts with gathering materials, labeling glassware, preparing and disposing of solutions, as well as conducting monthly checks for chemical expiration.
Responsibilities
+ Assist laboratory personnel with cleaning and maintenance of glassware and equipment.
+ Manage waste disposal and maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals.
+ Perform daily calibration of balances and assist with equipment maintenance.
