• Salary Range: CA$23.00/hr to CA$27.00/hr depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries by email, phone, and in person.
• Understand and research customer testing requirements to ensure accurate results.
• Manage sample intake, documentation, and allocation to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with workflow prioritization alongside department supervisors.
