Laboratory Technician

The Laboratory Technician conducts daily in-process quality control checks as well as physico-chemical analysis and micro determinations of incoming raw materials, finished products and plant environment. The role emphasizes continuous evaluation of the process, goods, and close follow-up of environmental monitoring. The incumbent organizes, updates, analyzes and reports the results in both written and verbal form to the QA team and other involved departments.

• Carry out in-process and finished goods sampling in/out the premises for analysis.
• Inform and liaise with production on the quality status during the process control analysis.
• Carry out inspection on packaging and raw materials.
• Assist in sample preparation of daily sensory evaluation.
