Laboratory Technician, CMC Analytical Development

The Technician in CMC Analytical Development will support the development and validation of analytical methods to ensure the quality, safety, and efficacy of AAV-based gene therapies. The successful candidate will perform routine testing, assist in method development, and maintain laboratory operations in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Conduct routine analytical testing for the characterization of AAV vectors, including assays for potency, purity, identity, and safety
• Assist in the development, optimization, and validation of analytical methods
• Perform stability studies to support the development and manufacturing of AAV gene therapies
• Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements
