The Translational Chemical Biology Group, within the Molecular Oncology Programme, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to assist with protein synthesis, expression, and production in eukaryotic and prokaryotic systems. The role will involve supporting plasmid preparation and basic molecular biology tasks under supervision.
Roles and responsabilities of the position:
• Protein expression and purification for use in functional assays.
• Chemical synthesis and bioconjugation of biomolecules, including small molecules, peptides, and mini-proteins.
• Recording, basic analysis, and organization of experimental data.
• Protein expression and purification for use in functional assays.

Criterios de evaluación

– Técnico superior (FPII).
– At least two years of experience in chemistry and/or chemical biology, preferably related to peptide or protein synthesis.
