    Client is looking for a Technician that will support all aspects of the Cheese Cultures Manufacturing at the Morton Grove facility.


    CULTURE MANUFACTURING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contamination plating at each step of process (TSA + Sheep blood)
  • Send phage samples to Central LAB
  • Keeping and maintaining records of daily Pre- Op inspections
