Laboratory Technician

• Perform routine bath analyses, including pH checks, titrations, metal concentration, and contaminant testing.
• Accurately document all test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Adjust plating parameters (e.g.,concentrations, pH) to meet required specifications.
• Clean andmaintainlaboratory work areas, tanks, tools, and instrumentation.
• Ensure proper maintenance of plating baths, equipment, ventilation systems, and fume hoods for safe and efficient operation.
• Maintainaccurateinventory of chemicals and ensure proper storage.
• Prepare and label chemical solutions in compliance with laboratory standards and safety protocols.
• Support R&D activities and evaluations through experimental plating trials and optimization testing.
