Laboratory Technician (ref. LAB/26/01)

IRB Barcelona is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to support our research teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing samples, and assisting with experiments in the Comparative Genomics group led by Dr.Toni Gabaldón.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Prepare and label samples for analysis.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests and procedures.
• Record and analyze data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist researchers with experiments and projects.

YOU HAVE

• Technical certificate or degree in areas related to Clinical and Biomedical science (e.g. FP Técnico Superior en Laboratorio Clínico y Biomédico) or a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a laboratory environment.
