Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The General Laborer is responsible for performing manual labor tasks to support various projects and operations. The General Laborer works under the direct supervision of the YES Program Director and will assist with tasks that require physical strength, agility, and the ability to work in various conditions. Performance Responsibilities: Physical Labor: Perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials and equipment. Construction Support: Assist in general construction projects by digging trenches, mixing and pouring concrete, and operating basic construction tools. Demolition: Assist in tearing down structures, removing debris, and ensuring the safe disposal of materials. Loading and Unloading : Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks/trailers. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are properly handled and stored.
