Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Hours may vary slightly) Some Saturday Shifts may be required.

Job Summary: As a Laborer at Element Precast, you will play a role in our operations by assisting with various tasks, from cleaning the shop to assisting with forming and pouring structural concrete panels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and maintaining the shop environment
• Assisting with forming and pouring concrete walls
• Assisting with installation of precast concrete walls (may be required to stay out of town for short period of time)
