Job Description
Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, workplace policies, NDAs, and compensation plans
Handling human rights issues, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters
Advising on termination strategies and litigating post-employment disputes
Supporting compliance with occupational health and safety and employment standards
Providing labour relations counsel, including collective bargaining and arbitration
Developing drug and alcohol testing policies, including those involving cannabis
Advising on employment issues in corporate transactions, restructurings, and insolvencies
Salary/Rate Range: $145,000.00 - $205,000.00
