Job Description

  • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, workplace policies, NDAs, and compensation plans

  • Handling human rights issues, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters

  • Advising on termination strategies and litigating post-employment disputes

  • Supporting compliance with occupational health and safety and employment standards

  • Providing labour relations counsel, including collective bargaining and arbitration

  • Developing drug and alcohol testing policies, including those involving cannabis

  • Advising on employment issues in corporate transactions, restructurings, and insolvencies



  • Salary/Rate Range: $145,000.00 - $205,000.00
