Role Summary
The Labour Relations Manager is the company's lead expert on labour relations in Iberia responsible for shaping and executing the labour relations strategy, managing negotiations with unions and employee representatives, and ensuring full compliance with labour law. The role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while actively managing collective bargaining, labour conflicts and labour-related risks.
Key Responsibilities Labour Relations & Compliance- Lead and manage relationships with Works Councils, Trade Unions and employee representatives.
- Prepare, lead and negotiate collective bargaining agreements and company-level accords.
- Act as the company’s main representative in collective negotiations, consultations and formal labour processes.
