LABOURFORCE - SEEKING EXPERIENCED VOICE PICKERS

Labourforce are looking for EXPERIENCED voice pickers with double MHE (electronic pallet jack) experience to work in Canning Vale. Our client is an Australian owned wholesale distribution company, specializing in the dispatch of household items, food products and alcoholic products (dry shed, cold shed & freezer shed). 
Due to continuous growth, they now have several casual-to-perm roles for committed & experienced voice pickers to join their team located in CANNING VALE.

About the role:

• Must be able to work a roster from Monday - Friday with varying hours/shifts
• AM Shifts ONLY (shift times will be between 4am-8am as per roster requirements. Start times and hours are non-negotiable) 
• Pay from $32.32p/h (casual loading included). If starting before 6am, you will be entitled to early morning allowance (approx. $35p/h)
• Pick packing various products using voice picking systems (mix of pick packing positions between dry shed, cold shed, freezer shed and alcohol shed - you MUST be able to work in ALL SHEDS!)
• Repetitive manual handling throughout your shift (up to 35kgs) 
• Temp to perm opportunity

You will need: 

• Unlimited working rights in Australia (hours can vary between 24hrs per week to 38 hours per week, depending on rostering requirements)
• Voice picking & electronic pallet jack experience in Australia is essential 
• Have excellent recent pick pack experience in busy DC
• Previous experience with and ability to meet KPI's
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to time manage effectively to complete all tasks in the given amount of time
• Be computer literate 
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Be fit, healthy and able to perform heavy lifting when required (up to 30kgs repetitively during your shift)
• High level of pride in work 
• Ability to work well within a team environment

All successful candidates will need to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol test.
You will then be subject to random drug and alcohol testing on site.
