The Anchor is responsible for creating engaging video content for Astrotalk's YouTube and Instagram channels, utilizing provided scripts, and conducting research to attract viewership. Collaborates with the social media team to enhance the brand's presence across platforms and maintains active community engagement on the YouTube channel. Additionally, conducts investigative journalism, generating original story ideas, and cultivating a network of sources to produce compelling content.

Job Summary:

• Responsible for creating engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram.


• Provided scripts from Content Writing


• Responsible for attracting people's attention to grab more views on Astrotalk’s Official youtube.


• Responsible for the Youtube growth key metrics like Subscribers, Engagement Etc.


• Responsible for Researching and curating content for Youtube videos


• Coordinate with the company’s social media team to build presence across platforms


• Engage with esteemed team to create and edit unique and compelling video content


• Keep the community section active on the YouTube channel.


• Research, develop, write and produce ground breaking investigative news stories, and present in a fair, accurate and unbiased manner


• Generate long and short-term investigative story ideas, research and set up the content and interviews


• Develop and cultivate a wide network of sources


• Generate original story ideas and develop fresh angles and enterprise pieces for the big stories of the day


• Must be able to work long hours and a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, when necessary.
