Land Acquisition and legal profile:
- Qualification: LLB with 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal legal due diligence: Supervise and lead the legal team involved in legal documentation, title search, and due diligence activities.
- Revenue and Statutory Compliance: Oversee revenue documentation and assist the team in coordinating land conversions, approvals, and other statutory processes with government authorities.
- Legal Document Procurement: Facilitate the collection and verification of all necessary legal documents from landowners, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents: Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and deeds.
- Collaboration with External Legal Counsel: Work closely with external advocates to secure legal clearances and manage the end-to-end documentation process.
