Land Bank Specialist

As a full-time Land Bank Specialist, you will play a crucial part in managing our land bank to support the company's strategic growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough due diligence on prospective land parcels, including legal, financial and technical assessments
• Negotiating land matters with vendors and relevant authorities
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of the company's land bank, including all relevant documentation and records
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new land assets into our operations
• Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes
• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to inform senior management decision-making
