Job Description
- Supervise land development projects, such as roads, utilities, drainage system, and grading
- Conduct thorough surveys to assess the land’s topography, soil conditions, existing utilities, and environmental constraints
- Develop initial site layout plans, including road networks, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility placement
- Navigate the permitting process by submitting plans to relevant government agencies and obtaining necessary approvals
- Coordinate with different departments to implement development plans
- Execute site assessments and oversee the project’s development to pinpoint and resolve problems
- Create thorough technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
