About the Role:
Litton & Co., Inc. is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Hermosa, Bataan. This is a full-time position that involves conducting verification surveys, relocation surveys, topographic surveys, and various other types of surveys as needed. The role also requires consultation and coordination with external surveyors and government agencies.
What You'll Be Doing:
Taking charge of preparing documents for the acquisition of surveying tools, instruments, and equipment, whether through purchase or rental.
Conducting land surveys to establish metes and bounds and preparing plans for titling and other purposes.
Managing the subdivision and/or consolidation of titled properties.
Performing the necessary tasks to submit the survey plans of titled properties to the relevant government agencies.
