Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our team for Valuation Surveyor (Field
Executive) role. The role involves travel, visiting properties to collect accurate measurement
data, capture boundary details, gather market-related information, and perform property-related
enquiries. This position is ideal for someone who loves traveling and is passionate about on-site
work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit the assigned properties for valuation purposes.
• Accurately measure property dimensions and record all relevant details.
• Capture the four boundaries of the property and document them clearly.
• Collect property-related documents, land rate references, and local market information.
• Conduct enquiries with relevant stakeholders to gather additional property insights.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of field data and reports.
Primary Requirements:
• Passion for travel; willingness to travel an average of 80–100 km daily.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike (mandatory).
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong observation and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of property measurements and local market enquiries (training will be
provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Eligibility:
• Education: Any degree (Graduates in Civil Engineering / related fields preferred but not
mandatory).
• Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates may apply.
