Land Surveyor

RSC Group Dholera is expanding its on-ground execution team and is looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our real estate and on-site construction projects in Dholera Smart City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate land and site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial plots
• Perform on-site measurements, boundary verification, and layout marking
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and project teams
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation as per project requirements
• Ensure compliance with legal, technical, and construction standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of real estate projects and on-site construction work
