Job Description:

• Client farming activities: cold calling and saturation exercises.
• Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients.
• Secure additional landlord rep appointments.
• Work with the market analyst group on submittals for clients. These will include but not be limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis, and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches/presentations.
• Work on documentation related to landlord representation: responses to requests for proposal, building comparatives, project briefs, contract...
