Overview
To be one of the pioneers for SMDC in house design team that will provide concept planning, production drawings and site inspections/construction support for landscape design
Responsibilities
- To provide concepts, design developments, production drawings and site coordination for landscape requirements.
- Manage the production team to ensure that all drawings are accurate, complete, and can be executed on site
- Ensure design conforms with budget and design standards
- Coordination with different departments and property management team to ensure all hardscape and softscape specifications are
Easy to maintain and cost effective
- Assist in the standardization efforts of the company
- Ensure design requirements and set timelines are met
- Other works related under the In house design team
Job Qualifications and Skills Required
- Licensed Landscape Architect
