Landscape Architect(Jayanagar)

Develop innovative landscape designs, including conceptual, schematic, and detailed plans, that align with client needs and project goals

Conduct site analyses to assess existing conditions, environmental considerations, and zoning requirements

Select plant species, materials, and features that create visually appealing and sustainable outdoor environments

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate landscaping within larger project scopes

Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and detailed construction documents Oversee project implementation, ensuring quality, adherence to design specifications, and client satisfaction Maintain knowledge of industry trends, environmental regulations, and sustainable practices

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or related field

Licensure as a Landscape Architect (preferred or required, depending on location)

Proven experience in landscape design and project management

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp

Strong understanding of plant species, soil conditions, and sustainable landscaping practices Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail and time management
