LHB has an immediate opportunity for a Landscape Architectural Designer to join our Integrative Design Team unit. The position can be based out of our Duluth or Minneapolis, MN offices.

Position Summary

The responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate in designing diverse public and private spaces at a variety of scales
  • Prepare construction document sets including site plans, landscape plans, grading plans, and details, as well as written specifications
  • Prepare graphics, illustrations, digital presentations, reports, and other presentation materials
  • Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates
  • Research codes, products, and materials for projects
  • Prepare LEED/B3/SITES documentation
  • Attend and assist in the preparation of client meetings and public engagement workshops (some meetings occur during evening or (more rarely) weekend hours)
