Operations Coordinator - Landscape and Hardscape
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to streamline our landscape and hardscape operations. As the owner's right-hand, you will manage administrative tasks, scheduling, and dispatching.
The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, eager to learn the industry, and has excellent communication skills. You will handle customer inquiries, provide follow-ups with leads and existing clients, manage employee hours, material usage, and expenses.
You should be proficient in using software (e.g., Google Workspace) for cloud-based tools. Familiarity with QuickBooks or marketing platforms like Facebook Ad is an advantage but not required.

- Scheduling: Manage calendars for appointments including estimates.
