Job Description
- Supervise and monitor landscape maintenance services executed by service providers/contractors
- Ensure compliance with contract scope, approved specifications, FM policies, and maintenance standards
- Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Conduct routine site inspections and audits in line with FM inspection schedules
- Identify non-conformances, issue observations, and follow up on corrective actions
- Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, turf quality, pruning, and overall landscape condition
- Verify contractor manpower, equipment, and material quality as per contract requirements
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client FM safety procedures
- Review, assess, and validate contractor submissions, reports, and method statements
