About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Madani Resources Sdn Bhd in Elmina, Selangor. This is a contract position that will involve overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our landscaped areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, and coordinate landscaping workers
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and work quality
  • Perform and oversee lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation, and hardscape work
  • Inspect job sites to ensure work meets company and client standards
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Enforce safety procedures and company policies
  • Communicate with clients, managers, and office staff
  • Prepare monthly reports to clients.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues or client concerns
