Here’s what you’d do:
Use your leadership skills directing the work of 2-3 team members. Ensure assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews in varying service lines, including basic maintenance, landscape installation, and supportive services like irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Performance & Quality:
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and assigning work to other crew members
Overseeing a daily/weekly schedule, and ensuring service expectations are met
