Position Summary Landscaping and Grounds Supervisor The Landscaping and Grounds Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the landscaping and grounds team, ensuring the campus is safe, beautiful, and aligned with 1440's standards of care and hospitality. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with leadership, planning, and team development. What You'll Do Campus & Grounds Operations Inspect campus grounds, plants, and soil conditions; identify pests or disease and coordinate appropriate treatment. Plan, schedule, and oversee landscaping, maintenance, and improvement projects. Plant and maintain vegetation through mulching, fertilizing, pruning, watering, mowing, and seasonal care. Direct or assist with the application of fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides in accordance with safety standards.
